Pc wizard windows 10.Setup "wizard" for windows 10

I just bought a new PC and am trying to get through the setup. I got to the place where it asks you if you want to automatically save your files to OneDrive. I do not, and answered NO. It will not go any further in the set up. I can go back only to the previous screen set pin but will not advance beyond the "Save Files to Onedrive" screen. When I click on "Next" the next button just fades and nothing happens. Was this reply helpful? Yes No. Sorry this didn't help. Thanks for your feedback.

Thanks for the response, but it didn't work. When I get to the screen that wants to know if I want to automatically save files to OneDrive, it just stops. The "next" button fades out and nothing happens. I let it sit like that for about three hours, but nothing.

I did a hard power off, and when I powered up it just came back to the same screen. So I did a hard power off and removed the battery. Counted for ten seconds, reinstalled the battery and powered it up. The whole set-up process started from scratch and stopped as before when I got to the "Save Files to OneDrive" screen. This is a brand-new out of the box laptop Expensive one, too. It's going back to the store tomorrow. But, thanks for trying anyway.
